At Kaleido Kin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
